This executive committee is also supported by a network of 40 block contacts in Crestwood Section 1, who work on projects like neighborhood beautification, crime reduction, transportation issues, and community building through a strong neigbhor network.

The Association also recognizes the existence of the Crestwood community website.

Special Recognition to Jeff Steele who maintains the Crestwood community website, with input from Gale Black, President of the Crestwood Association. The Crestwood Association recognizes this website for our website needs.

The Crestwood Citizens Association covers about 320 households in the southwest section of Crestwood. We provide residents with a directory (delivered in hard copy via the section's "directory block contacts", semi-annual newsletter (delivered via the website and in hard copy for those without computers), On-Line Handbook, Resources Guide, annual block party in September, November community Clean-Up, and block level progressive dinner or pot lucks. We will also be working together on issues that matter to us and raising awareness about issues that impact all of us.  The association is also informally linked with six of the block contacts for the rest of Crestwood so that we can learn from each other.
